BUSINESS BACKGROUND AND OWNER BIO:
Colorwheel Painting was started in the 2004 by Michael Madson. Michael grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, graduated from Bay Port High School, and went on to attend the University of Minnesota. While at University, Michael studied Architecture and Entreprenerial Business, falling in love with both. After graduating in 2002, Michael apprenticed in the interior and exterior painting business for two years. After witnessing an industry plagued by poor business practice, contractors with great skill but horrible personal skills, and an overall opportunity for vast improvement, Michael started this business. Since that time, Michael has continued to manage the business and its dedicated team, teaching them the principles and philosophies he believes in.
Outside of business, Michael is engaged to Breah West, whom he was introducted to by a client! How's that for a referral? The two enjoy spending time with their families, traveling the world, playing with Truman the company dog, and taking in a good movie or backyard bonfire. Michael would like to point out that he couldn't continue to push for greatness in this business without Breah, and attributes much of his success to her strength and encouragement.

OUR STAFF:
Colorwheel Painting currently maintains 4 to 6 fully trained team members, each having had a full background check prior to being hired. Unlike other painting companies, our staff is full time, works year-round, and any seasonal help is directly supervised. Each team member is educated in painting process and products. You'll find our staff to be committed to your project, your happiness, and every last detail. In other words, they follow the mission and they strive toward our vision.
