BUSINESS BACKGROUND AND OWNER BIO:
Colorwheel Painting was started in the 2004 by Michael Madson.  Michael grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, graduated from Bay Port High School, and went on to attend the University of Minnesota.  While at University, Michael studied Architecture and Entreprenerial Business, falling in love with both.  After graduating in 2002, Michael apprenticed in the interior and exterior painting business for two years.  After witnessing an industry plagued by poor business practice, contractors with great trade skill but horrible personal skills, and an opportunity for vast improvement, Michael started this business.  Since that time, Michael has continued to manage the business, its dedicated team, and develop and fine tune practices that give clients total security and peace of mind. 

Outside of business, Michael is married to Breah West, whom he was introduced to by a client!  How's that for a referral?  The two enjoy spending time with their families, traveling the world, playing with Truman (honorary company dog), and taking in a good movie or backyard bonfire.  Michael would like to point out that he couldn't continue to push for greatness in this business without Breah, and he attributes much of his success to her strength and encouragement.

MY VISION:
As owner of Colorwheel, my vision is to provide solid employment to as many good employees as I can possibly find and utilize.  For me, a "good employee" is one who takes care of him/herself, takes care of his/her family and the community, and see's that providing tremendous service and workmanship is great for reaching personal goals.  This vision is a win-win-win for everyone, and I see no reason it can't be realized.

Colorwheel Painting seeks to give its customers total security in their investment so each and every one of them can the assurance of a job well done; knowing they've contracted with a company that will be around for the long haul.  We seek to give our customer's home a lifetime of proper care.

OUR STAFF:
Colorwheel Painting currently maintains 4 to 6 employees.  Each has survived rigourous hiring processes designed to weed out the poor individual.  Our stringent standards ensure we hire only the best available personel.  Our employes have a proven track record, top credentials, including practical, functional, sound decision making abilites.  And unlike other painting companies, our staff majority is full time, works year-round, and we rely little on seasonal help!  You'll find everyone here to be committed to your project, giving you a job that's done right and done when you need it.
