Your warranty covers many exterior items:

·      Siding

·      Soffits

·      Fascia

·      Window exterior surfaces

·      Doors & door trim

And obligates Colorwheel to the following:

·      One annual inspection for the next 3 years

·      Inspection occurs at the approximate anniversary of the project

·      A report issued, listing condition, and any problems

·      Our approximate schedule to remedy any problems

What’s Not Covered:

Supplies & Paint are a cost to the client; most clients should have leftover paint remaining from the original job.  We can’t cover acts of vandalism, terrorism, damage from theft, or violent acts of nature.  We can’t cover acts of negligence, such as, but not limited to, allowing water to enter soffits, or not having a downspout to protect siding. This warranty does not cover “ground” surfaces such as porches, balconies, decks, painted floors, spindles, or large window sills. If there are specific items beyond these that Colorwheel can’t warranty, they will be indicated on the contract.  Our remedy is for the failed area only, or relevant “section” as determined by Colorwheel Painting, LLC.  Note that remedied work may not exactly match other areas due to fading in those areas.

A Final Note About Your Warranty:

This warranty is transferable.  Please feel free to let prospective buyers know that these warranties exist.  Honoring the warranty is subject to normal scheduling conditions that Colorwheel encounters, in most cases; these items should be remedied within 1 month, weather allowing. You may always contact us at any time if a problem is discovered.  A copy of your warranty will be kept in Colorwheel’s records.
