Production Standards:

• Preparation
  • Pressure washing cleanses surfaces and soap is always used when needed (on aluminum)
  • vinyl screening is often laid down to catch paint chips while allowing water to pass through, this is a patent pending process by Colorwheel Painting
  • Washing of MILDEW inflicted surfaces is done by HAND using a bleach & water solution
  • SCRAPING is done with hand tools, meticulously inch-by-inch over the home to remove loose, failing paint and stain systems
  • Failed CAULKING is removed and replaced with nice, neat beads of top quality caulk
  • Failed GLAZING is removed and replaced, again with a neat profile
  • Items are covered, including roofs, plants, brick, walkways, driveways, etc
  • custom wood structures are sometimes built to protect your favorite flowers
• Painting
  • color samples ensure your satisfaction
  • spray application is common, often followed by back brushing and rolling
  • hand brush application is used when best utilized
  • straight crips lines are standard
  • smooth, even coverage without overlap marks are standard
  • windows are opened, painted, and remain operable at completion
  • doors are opened, painted, and remain operable at completion
• Final Details
• debris and paint chips are vacuumed up
• ladders and planks are stacked neatly every day
• other equipment is stored concisely
• final inspections are done by additional management to catch every last detail
• Painting related waste is removed
• Unused or leftover paint is left with the client

• Year One: Full labor warranty*
• Year Two: Full labor warranty*
• Year Three: 30% refund of relevant original purchase price will be credited on your new contract
• Year Four: 25% refund of relevant original purchase price will be credited on your new contract
• Year Five: 20% refund of relevant original purchase price will be credited on your new contract
• Year Six: 15% refund of relavant original purchase price will be credited on your new contract
• Year Seven: 10% refund of relevant original purchase price will be credited on your new contract

*All labor cost is paid for by Colorwheel Painting.  Supplies and Paints are a cost to the client. This warranty, for all years, does not cover acts of vandalism, terrorism, damage from theft, remodel, violent acts of nature, or anything deemed by Colorwheel to be a negligent act such as, but not limited to, allowing ice daming to damage gutters, and subsequent water damage on wood.
